Practical tactics to support your child through COVID-19

We all know that 2020 has been a challenging year.

And Gheorg was designed to help kids through challenging times.

Dr Louise Metcalf had the idea for Gheorg when she realised there weren’t enough psychologists to support the many kids across Australia who needed support.

And while Gheorg is close to being realised on the app stores, in the meantime, Louise wanted to share more about how you can support your kids and family to manage their emotions and anxiety during COVID-19.
